What we process and why

• Business contact: if you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we process your name, contact details, and message content to reply and manage the business relationship (basis: pre-contractual measures, GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• WhatsApp demo: conversations with our demo agent are logged to provide the service and evaluate its quality (basis: consent and legitimate interest). The agent identifies itself as AI from the first message.
• Browsing: this site uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics (see cookie policy).

Where data is hosted

Data is hosted on servers within the European Union. If you use WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy also applies.

Retention

Business contact data: for the duration of the relationship or until you request deletion. Demo conversations: up to 12 months.

Your rights

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability rights by writing to [email protected]. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
