Cookie policy

What is stored in your browser
It depends on what you choose in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the footer of every page.
Your choice
Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key sbc_consent), with the date and the notice version, so we don't ask you on every page. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to any server and it does not identify you: it only serves to respect your decision. If you delete it from your browser settings, the notice appears again; it also expires by itself after 13 months, so we will ask you again. Some browsers (Safari, for example) cap cookies and local storage written from the page at 7 days, so the notice and the cookies may last less than stated.
With your consent: Google
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. Tag Manager always loads, but with Google's Consent Mode set to "denied" until you choose. Until you accept, Google Analytics and Google Ads write no cookies on this site: Google only receives technical pings without cookies, sent before you choose (your IP address, time, browser, the full address of the page you visit, which may carry the click identifier if you arrive from a Google ad, and the referring page), which it uses to estimate results in aggregate. Google Ads discards that identifier until you accept; Google Analytics may receive it as part of the address.
If you accept, Google may set these cookies (default durations, per Google's documentation):
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4):
_ga, to distinguish visitors, 2 years;_ga_<id>, to keep the session state, 2 years. - Advertising (Google Ads):
_gcl_auand_gcl_aw, which store ad-click information to link your visit and your contact to that ad, 90 days; and_gac_gb_<id>, which Google Analytics writes to link that visit with Google Ads, 90 days. The same information is kept in local storage (key_gcl_ls). Google Ads may also use cookies on its own domains (google.com, doubleclick.net), such asNID(6 months) orIDE(13 months in the European Economic Area), to measure and show ads.
If you withdraw consent from "Cookie settings", we stop those uses and delete any _ga*, _gac_* and _gcl* cookies on this site, plus the _gcl_ls entry in local storage; we do the same when a page loads and your choice has expired or is gone. Cookies on Google's domains can only be deleted from your browser. More information: Google's page on its advertising cookies (business.safety.google/adscookies) and our privacy policy.
The web chat on the "Empieza" page
soldbychat.com/empieza/ has a "Chat web" button that opens a conversation with Sol. The chat runs on Chatwoot from our own servers (chat.soldbychat.com) and only loads when you press that button: if you don't, nothing is installed. When you open it, Chatwoot stores the cw_conversation cookie in your browser, a conversation identifier so you don't lose the thread when changing page or coming back later (source: Chatwoot documentation, "What cookies does Chatwoot use?"). It is a technical cookie required for the service you requested by opening the chat: it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can delete it from your browser settings.
Cookieless analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits in aggregate. It uses no cookies, no localStorage, no device fingerprinting, and identifies no visitor, which is why it requires no consent.
If this changes
If we add other analytics or advertising tools, this page will be updated and the cookie notice will ask you again.
Third-party links
Buttons that open WhatsApp take you to a Meta service with its own cookies and policies, which we do not control.
